We selected ViaSay for its ability to deliver flexible and efficient chatbot technology tailored to our business operations. Their agile approach, combined with their experience on similar sector projects and a clear understanding of our business and technical expectations, enabled seamless communication and an efficient deployment phase.

The customer support chatbot enables our clients to get answers to their questions or perform simple actions without having to open a support ticket. They receive an immediate response, allowing support agents to focus on more complex inquiries.

We have migrated to a new version of the tool and, as usual, everything was thoroughly prepared beforehand. In case of any questions or minor issues post-migration, we receive highly responsive support from the technical staff. In short, a listening and reassuring team!

Excellent relations both commercially and with the project teams. Dedicated technical teams and strong operational follow-up.
The deployment of the chatbot, callbot, and other solutions enables us to provide rapid responses to customers while allowing our teams to focus on inquiries that require greater attention.
